I put these in my nine year old daughter's shoes, because they smell horrible from playing around all day in the 100+ degree heat here. These shoes are already older, so that may be what's hindering 100% smell good shoes, but these capsules definitely do help! I am going to get her a new pair of shoes this weekend for the start of school, and I will be trying these capsules in a new pair of shoes from the beginning to see if we can have a completely odor free shoe with these. Bottom line is these little capsules really did eliminate a LOT of the nasty odor coming from her shoes though. The capsules themselves smell really nice. They're small enough they can fit into any adult shoe. I would definitely buy these again that is for sure!
